The room was huge and well-appointed. the breakfast served at the hotel was perfect and enjoyable. the location is fantastic, surrounded by cafes and shops in a pleasant area. the hotel is within walking distance of L'osteria Koln Ebertplatz, where I dined once or twice.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was great, situated in a quiet neighborhood and close to public transport. It was only a few stops away from the city center and within walking distance of the river. We were able to walk to the city center in about 25 minutes. The area was excellent, very quiet and the hotel facilities were clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. We also loved that there was free in-room coffee available.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

No free internet. Breakfast not included in the room price and too expensive. Parking is too expensive. Our room was in another building than the reception was. We had to carry our luggage there across the street.

It's too bad that you need to pay for wifi at a 4 star hotel, and the rough bed linen really scratch my knees and elbows

The breakfast with fruit, yogurt, and healthy options was nice. Absolutely brilliant and fantastic staff gave advice on things to do. the location was great and absolutely perfect, not too far away from a Roman-Catholic cathedral.
